A lack of vitamin B1 causes Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome on the other hand. Kinda rather people be fat than stupid.

Most people noway have more than enough vitamin b in their diets.

That's why if you take a multi vitamin you piss neon yellow, your body is trying to get rid of the excess vitamin b because it has enough.

In the UK I don't think we've ever even had a vitamin b deficiency problem.

And also being fat drops your IQ and speed of thinking.

I think obesity isn't going to be a big issue as food becomes unaffordable. All the poor fatties gonna be on crash diets.

Although vitamins and minerals are needed to extract energy from the food we eat, B vitamins alone won't result in weight gain. In fact, most people are falling short of the various vitamins and minerals we need to support overall health, metabolism and longevity.
