They never are, for obvious reasons. Instead, they have to blame the population for "destroying the Earth" with "climate change" and "pollution"...

Most third world shithole are full of poisons and pollution and have been for decades. The autoimmune diseases are a new thing there. Seems with a good diet you can deal with these poisons a lot better.
