I'm not 100% where I want to be yet, but I do try to take care of myself . . .
I do pushups and stretches every morning, and lift my 20 pound weight regularly.
Nature walks, uplifting music, sunshine & fresh air, no more social media or phone apps.

No alcohol ever since I worked production at a hard cider orchard, and saw what alcohol does to people.
(one thing I want to say about drinking alcohol, it steals people's ability to have fun without it, they just can't do it)

No fried foods, no fast food garbage, no wegmans donuts (which are delicious, and deadly, lol) no ciggs, no hatred in my heart......

I drink a protein shake (48g of protein), take a mens 50+ multivitamin (no iron), eat plenty of fruit, vegs, and lean meats. I cook almost all my own meals, no frying. It's not perfect but it hits all my macros and micros.

I take krill oil when it's around. Theanine is useful too but I prefer getting it from tea. Sometimes I need potassium chlorate and/or magnesium sulfate for muscle cramps.

I eat organic/natural/wild carnivore. Lots and lots of animal fat.

I don't exercise, although I wish I could, but even a short slow walk sends me into heart attack territory the night after. And because this happens while sleeping, it's especially dangerous. Not waking up would be pretty bad, leaving my lovely woman all alone. But being paralyzed or some shit from a stroke now, that would suck a lot more.

But finally I know what is the culprit: I am poisoned with mercury, cadmium, lead, aluminum and arsenic.

I am taking the steps to remedy this, but I am thankful for my incredibly sustaining and energizing diet. It is a world of difference from others.

I make my own wine, the resveratrol in it has been shown in a few studies to be an aid in the prevention of various ailments . Grape, montepulciano di abruzzo, only a glass or two with a meal.
