it is also a versatile medicinal plant: it will clean the blood, reduce mucus, regulate fever, strengthen the immune system, detox the body and the lymphatic system. it will regenerate and strengthen the body. its antiseptic. it will help with digestion, increase appetite, lower blood sugar, calm and strengthen the stomach, burn fats, calm and strengthen the nerves, its anti-fungal, helps with asthma and allergies, its an aphrodisiac and potency increaser. antiseptic, wound treatment, anti-tumor. its best to harvest before they flower, the the upper third of the above the ground part of the plant. collect in the early afternoon, dry them in shade and keep sealed. pick a fresh batch each year. eat them fresh, use as a tea (dont make it too strong, less is more), use it in powdered form (eat or snort), as an ointment, make a tincture or essential oil (its e.o. is very strong, use carefully).

Have these medicinal qualities be exploited as yet. Not many people seem to be fully aware of them, but it sounds very interesting.

idk, but i will start eating and collecting some next season and see for myself :-)
