These are the technocrats who determine communicability risk, severity of impact, etc. They can advise, but I don't think they control actual policy.

My suspicion is the "PlanDemic" is a smokescreen for 5G installation. The genocide happens at the after-party.

Keep in mind: 5G exposure can make you ill, and produce symptoms of the flu. Wuhan was the first city in China with fully deployed 5G.

They're likely just getting ready to flip the switch.
