Have any idea, How to deal with this virus. Idk, but i found nothing about the vaccination of this problem.

If you're talking about how to not catch it, use anti-bacterial gel for your hands and isopropyl alcohol on surfaces you think are infected. If you live in an area that's densely populated you can also use a half-face respirator with a P3 particulate filter. Don't buy the cheap chinese ones. Try not to catch public transport.
