A video of one group doing something doesn't mean it has any widespread use beyond these people.

I can find you a video of an American doing meth and beating their child. Does that mean all Americans are meth-doing child-beaters that we should be afraid of? No.

But that's basically what you're implying about all chinese cuisine, from the actions of a few...

Sure what they're doing is disgusting, but do you usually eat out at crappy street restaurants in rural china? No. This has nothing to do with "Chinese cuisine" as a whole... so you're just kind of stoking divide and conquer fears by using such general language
