The prayers associated with Fatima include those given to Lucia when she was an adult and a nun along with those given to her and Jacinta (and Fransisco, but he could never hear Our Lady, well their Lady at the time I guess). They, and good context for them, are here:

The seven prayers are:

The Decade Prayer (said after each decade of the Rosary, but say it when ever you want. I say it along with the Orthodox's Jesus Prayer along with some others when preparing for (and after) the Eucharist) "O my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of hell; lead all souls to Heaven, especially those most in need."

The Pardon Prayer (often said three times as the Children were asked to repeat it three times) "My God, I believe, I adore, I hope and I love Thee! I ask pardon for those who do not believe, do not adore, do not hope and do not love Thee!"

Angel's Prayer: "O Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, I adore Thee profoundly. I offer Thee the most precious Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ, present in all the tabernacles of the world, in reparation for the outrages, sacrileges and indifference by which He is offended. By the infinite merits of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I beg the conversion of poor sinners."

The Offering Prayer (I think I've seen this called The Sacrifice Prayer): "O My Jesus, it is for love of Thee, for the conversion of sinners, and in reparation for the sins committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer this sacrifice to Thee."

The Trinitarian Prayer (I think I've seen this called The Eucharistic Prayer) "O Most Holy Trinity, I adore Thee; My God, My God, I love Thee in the Most Blessed Sacrament!"

The Salvation Prayer: "Sweet Heart of Mary, be the salvation of Russia, Spain, Portugal, Europe and the whole world."

The Conversion Prayer: "By Thy pure and Immaculate Conception, O Mary, obtain for me the conversion of Russia, Spain, Portugal, Europe and the whole world."
