Let the bribes 'campaign contributions' commence. This'll never get out of Committee.

But as long as we're dreaming, I'd amend that bill to add liability penalties to the entire chain of command that "mandated" any 'medication', from the "Big Guy" right down to little miss GS-5 that typed it up.
