u/chinamancometh. I know for certain you had the same observations as me throughout the decades before the 2010s.
It has practically always been like this. When I was a kid back in the nineteen-eighties, the nineteen-nineties, the early two-thousands, and as a young adult in the late two-thousands, every time I saw a chad with an af, she's almost always below average on every level. The few okay looking and even good looking afs had layers of makeup on or underwent plastic surgery, although it was kind of obvious.
Amwf on the flipside, both the asian dude and wyte chick were equally, and naturally attractive looking in many cases. In other examples, the am is a regular dude or even below average looking while his wf partner is above average on every level. Also important to note that the average ams involved were not rich or tall or jacked or smart. They were ordinary all around. Jba/jbg.
Social media platforms didn't exist back then until around nineteen-ninetyseven with sites like bolt and six degrees and during the two-thousands with the advent of facebook and youtube being in their infancy. Majority of people internationally had not fully adadpted to them yet, so a person couldn't really record those couplings enmasse like how you can easily do now as social media has become ubituitous since the twenty-tens decade. It comes down to timing in regards to new technologies being gradually accepted. Despite that, many people these days from all age groups and socio-economic backgrounds still don't use social media.
