For an individual country to pass a law called "The Global Respect Act" whose aim is to censure, sanction and punish people from other countries for not adhering to an ideology and customs that some of its own population want to impose on the world is an imperialistic attempt at global domination and rule. Most of the world's population and millions of government officials of foreign nations would be in violation of "The Global Respect Act" FFS. It would mean the USA trying to control the thoughts and speech of people like Putin, the Pope and all the leaders of the Muslim world. What possibly could go wrong?

Just imagine if the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or the nations of Pakistan or Afghanistan passed a law called "The Global Allah Respect Act" requiring everyone employed by or associated with the governments of every nation on earth to recite the shahada daily and to say "peace be upon him" every time they say or write the name Mohammed.

For something to be a human right it has to apply universally to all humans and not just a special caste of people.

Trans rights are not human rights because they are just special privileges for trans people. No one else gets to enforce their ideology onto others or get free cosmetic surgeries or lie to the government on official documents or have kids consent to life altering procedures.
