There is an overlap in men who are sexist and men who are racist. Very few white supremacist are feminist. The reason they use race is because these are racist men who believe black women are "less womanly" and less "feminine" than other groups of men. This thought is a cornerstone of anti black racism. Remember that Asian economist from "psychology today" who used pseudo science to say black women are objectively/scientifically less female. Misogynstic men think that being beautiful makes a woman more womanly than an ugly women-- which is obviously false. Being a woman is not a sliding scale where good looks or having dainty features means you are more female. They also believe that some races are scientifically more attractive which is false--- but even if that was true that wouldn't make the "ugly race" less male or female.
