Well, there are some studies that show that parts of a trans person's brain are sort of similar to their preferred sex. But I'm (somewhat) skeptical of those studies. Even if they show what they purport to show, which they might not, I think there are nuances that are worth exploring.

Also this is a great essay that is worth reading: https://slatestarcodex.com/2015/03/25/is-everything-a-religion/

Brain similarities are pretty irrelevant though, and the problems with those studies have been well documented. What are "trans women's" brains more similar too? Actual women's brains, some actual women's brains, all actual women's brains? What basis are they using to say the trans group is similar to some other group that does not acknowledge the difference between trans women and actual women?

A better question is: why does the body of so many different "trans women" turn out to be Kim Kardashian's body? Should all the trans women's brains be put into her body? Is her brain actually a dude's brain? We are all individuals, and even if a guy has a "lady brain" he's a guy with a "lady brain". Sex has to do with reproductive roles in sexual reproduction, not brains. Gender is made up bs.

I would be interested to see a response to those essays, I haven't looked into the matter too much.
