But his/her interests are the power of his/her progeny not theirs, or did I miss something. This powerful group that values his/her and not their own interests makes me think the term for this powerful group is either suckers or benevolent gods.

The idea that humans "evolved to be ethno-centric" seems at best a correlation but not causation: humans evolved, ethno-centrism exists. The later might simply reflect how for most of our history humans could only travel so fast around the world successfully, thus those who you are working with to survive are a similar group and thus the cultural concept we now call ethnicity may have developed.

As for the rest of what you typed: Oh, I get it. You're a racist. But I think you are mixing to very different approaches to life and society that do not really work together well-- maybe you just want to get others to work for your interests. I can not accept the first points you made about individuals and their own self-interests, and then also accept your points about some powerful group, and then that group being a homogeneous racial or ethnic group, looking out for the individuals self-interest. Your idea would lead to neighborhoods at war with each other, house to house, neighborhood by neighborhood. Such a group of people living in an area would be incredibly weak because they would be constantly injuring each other. They might also end up inbred.

I reject both of your world views, but I might not be seeking power for my progeny nor hoping some powerful group will somehow value my progeny over theirs while I would be (in your world view) also valuing my progeny over theirs. Better, I think, for a group to make allies with their neighbors regardless of who they are or what their ethnicity are-- because we have the reality of fast moving humans around the global making less homogeneous cities, towns and neighborhoods which would be stronger and healthier and happier if they were cooperating and not at war with each other. But, I'm into communitarianism and localism, not racism. I only have to think of the great contributions to the arts like music from literally every race and ethnic group on the planet to realize there is something of value, to me not to someone obsessed with the power of their progeny, in all ethno-cultural groups. But, what do I know, I'm also an anarchist who sees power as the problem and consensus as the solution.
