That's right, a fetish is supposed to be about non-sexual body parts. So you can't have a "vagina fetish" if you're a lesbian, that doesn't really make sense. If lesbians are not comfortable with penises, that's just part of their sexual boundaries.

No, there's just two meanings, one is more casual, and one is actually a condition where you don't get aroused without a specific non-sexual object

"Fetishization" is a word that is becoming overused in strange ways. It was used mainly in academic contexts when talking about racism. But now I wouldn't be surprised if someone said "threesomes fetishize bisexuality" or something
