To be honest, the concept of "autigender" actually makes more sense to me than transgender identities. They are being honest about the fact that autism is a big factor in how people perceive their gender and sense of self/identity. The vast majority of people who identify as trans/NB are autistic and are on the structural dissociation spectrum (e.g. they have conditions like Complex PTSD, BPD, DID, etc).

I identify more with either depression-gender or disappointment-gender, then auti-gender, then again because I still use the term aspie, I guess people can apply nazi-gender.
