A man commits a horrific sexual crime but of course some b*tch must have manipulated him into doing it. She's a real sociopath and it's not his fault that he's a rapist. Being sociopathic is clearly worse than being a rapist anyway. What a load of horse shit.

Yeah, there's plenty of sociopaths in society today, male and female. If you act on them telling you to rape your own mother, you're more of a monster than the worst of them.

She made him it. She put him up to it. She pushed him over the edge. If she hadn't opened her trap, he never would have done it.

Hmm, this sounds like it's right out of the Rules of Misogyny. This tack of trying to blame women for men's actions is taken from the very first rule, in fact:

  1. Women are responsible for what men do.

Chris Chandler is very obviously mentally ill, and it has been obvious for quite some time. I've been of the opinion that he has a demonstrably-reduced agency in many (if not most) aspects of his life, as demonstrated by the numerous antics he's committed directly in response to such suggestions.

This isn't a systemic claim of blaming women for men's actions. I don't believe that she's responsible, but she's certainly culpable in that she saw very fit to step into the void of agency with her own agenda.

This has echoes of Michelle Carter/Conrad Roy - another individual case in which there was an almost hypnotic effect of repeated suggestion which played a central role in the events that transpired.

None of this really affects the important issue, which is males and females being imprisoned together.

I hardly think that only one issue can be separated out and held up as "the important issue" here. There are lots of issues involved in the Christian Chandler saga, and in the particular case of Chandler (allegedly) raping his mother. A number of very worrying trends have arisen from the fact that many men like Chandler today never move out of their childhood homes - and a growing number who did move out are returning to live with their divorced or widowed mums after life outside didn't work out so well, as in the case of the cyclepath Ragehell McKinnon/Ronnie Ivy.

One consequence is that there's been an uptick in the number of older women - many of whom have serious health problems and/or disabilities - being psychologically, physically and financially abused as well as murdered by their live-in adult sons. Many older women today are trapped in their own homes utterly terrorized by the big angry blokes they gave birth to decades ago.

The fact that many of these guys living with their vulnerable mums have sexual fetishes that cause them to fantasize about being women and to LARP about pretending they are women and demanding that the mums and the world recognize them as women only adds to the sons' insanity and bad behavior. Which creates more instability and danger for the mums - and any other women the sons might have contact with. Seems Norman Bates-type blokes are no longer the teensy-tiny minority they once were.

cyclepath Ragehell McKinnon

This is the best funny I've seen all day, and that includes browsing the comments on various cuts of the "transphobic" Star Wars saga.

> cis

We don't need that modifier here.

If you're wondering why I'm not sharing the kiwifarm link or her name, it's not just because this woman might be innocent. It's also because I don't really believe in online shaming campaigns punishing people in ways that be the responsibility of the legal system*. Sometimes it might be necessary for an online campaign against someone to exist in order for the legal system to take interest in said person. Her University has supposedly already been informed of the accusations and has added them to the University's investigation. Presumably the trial of Chris Chan will deal with these accusations as well.

*Although of course if someone commits a horrific crime like murder and gets off with a light sentence, it is tempting to raise awareness about this person if they own businesses that can be boycotted. But that's a separate issue.

As far as the last point, I'm really not comfortable targeting businesses - especially small businesses - because of the actions of the owner/one person in the company. For one thing, they might be innocent, even if they were convicted by the courts. For another, doing so still hurts their family and other employees, and those people don't deserve to be punished. I think boycotts should be used in the cases of company policies like, use slave labor from China to produce the products. Sadly it seems like no one cares about those issues anymore, just individual crimes.

Yes, as someone said above she may be culpable and certainly may be a horrible person but in the end the act itself was committed by Chris and therefore, he is responsible for it. I think things he wrote to Null demonstrate he knew what he was doing was wrong.

OP, go ahead and post the kiwifarms link here. We don't ban Kiwifarms. They were the best friend to r/gc when Yaniv screwed GenderTrender and Murphy, and their Chris Chan stuff is legendary. It's actually their name.

Post the link so we can discuss, ok?

First and foremost I am going to say this, I think all animal abusers are disgusting, and that what isabella is a disgusting animal abuser who should be in jail for abusing animals. How ever that that doesn't mean she manipulated chris chan into raping his mom barb, with that being said chris clearly understood right from wrong, and went out of his way to make attempts to hide his crime, he even lied to null the owner of kiwifarms about it. If anything Isabella Janke, should be guilty of with holding evidence and abusing animals, as isabella instead of reporting it to the police sat on the info for a week, because get this she wanted to get chris chan and this other autistic woman to sleep with each other at a brony con, and then manipulate into suicide. this woman which I will leave unnamed is a vulnerable autistic individual who is at the time frame of the incidents still happening at a psyche ward. this isn't a matter of sexism as isabella janke has both targeted chris and an austitic female for bullying. Which I find more appalling that she tried to rope an autistic female into this mess, and literally tried to frame her for it, than her messing with chris, as chris knew it was wrong to rape barb.

Oh? How did she make him do it? Forced him at gunpoint? Was she there? Or did he do it himself, several times.

Here's a fucking newsflash even if someone suggested it to him HE is still responsible because HE is the one who committed the act. Strangely not every atrocious thing men do is attributable to a woman, no matter how hard that narrative is pushed REPEATEDLY.

Yes I am MATI.

You're not wrong, but you should know that Chris Chan is pretty severely autistic. Just FYI.

[–]Radish 3 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 0 fun4 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

Do you have any idea what "severely autistic" means? You might want to look that up.

[–]JasonNecks[S] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

You're right, he's not severely autistic. But you know what I mean.
