I don't think this law affects LGB, I, or A(is that for asexual?). It just affects the TQ people who are intent on committing rape.

They're trying to do the same thing in the UK where they want to change the law about rape by deception. It's hard to look at these things and not think that the trans movement is full of rapists.

I'd love to see an exact breakdown of the trans sexual assault data because from the stuff I've seen on Reddit most ftm are victims of sexual assaults by men long before they transitioned.

Also, there's just a very high sexual assault rate for underage gay kids, and transwomen prostitution is very common and another distorting factor.

This 'victim of SA crap is always presented as proof transwomen are being attacked in the loos though.

"Similar legislation around consent being negated if one person is mistaken about any element of the relationship, including the identity of the other person, has been used to prosecute and incarcerate several transgender men in the UK,"

So the law has worked as intended elsewhere and therefore it must be stopped to protect rapey trans people?

It sounds like this law may require some clarification as to what constitutes 'an element of the act', however the default assumption by TQ activists that a person shouldn't have to disclose their biological sex is nonsense.

They're essentially arguing for 'corrective rape' by tricking homosexuals into sex with members of the opposite sex.
