What do you want to bet that 'staff training' involves 'Diversity, Inclusion and Equity' indoctrination. Seems like a lot of companies are leaning hard into DIE to deflect from institutional cultures of worker exploitation (Amazon) or sexual harassment.

My own workplace has had numerous incidents of male executives exploiting young female interns (it's all very hush-hush, of course, so I hear about it through the rumour mill). What do we get? Managers putting pronouns in their signatures. I'm just waiting for the 'gender-neutral' washrooms.
