That thread is a confused mess. I have literally never heard any kind of feminist say "if you can't give birth you're not a woman". It's funny, because conservatives typically criticize feminists for being anti-natal. Everytime I read stuff like this (on Reddit or YouTube) I think about challenging it, and then I realize, what's the point?

They confuse the idea of potentiality and view the world in black and white(ironically they have very binary thinking). Women are people with the potential to give birth, and the potential to produce large gametes. That doesn't mean every person classified as a woman will be impregnable or produce large gametes. These people seem incapable of processing nuance, and believe that if not every female is a flawless woman, biologically speaking, then no one knows what a woman is.

Agreed, though it may be more accurate to say that a female is a member of the sex whose body is organized around the production of large immobile gametes, regardless of functionality.

But yeah, if people cant grasp this concept, the question becomes "What do you think a 'woman' is", and the ensuing attempt is either gibberish or sexist tripe.

Nothing trans/non-binary say ever makes sense. They do not understand how human biology works and are trying to make their way around it. I really do wish conflating personality with sex didn't happen nowadays as it did in the past, but it has gotten so much worse.
