See with all those mental health issues, their brains are stronger the same way a powerlifter is stronger from working out all the time. Thus they must have higher IQs, it's science. /s

A lot has been written about how cross-sex hormones lower IQ (not that I think anyone can clearly state what IQ measures. But within individuals in the same culture and same socio-economic status, I think it measures 'something') The Dunning-Kreiger Effect might also be a factor here.

I've read testimonials that anti-androgens seriously impair cognition. Several people claim they weren't able to read while on the medication.

Maybe for aging men, but no, androgens don't improve cognition in women.
