Yeah, I've seen pretty strong evidence linking trans identities with Cluster B personality disorders. There's a large body of evidence linking gender dysphoria with comorbidities like autism, eating disorders and depression. Haven't seen this IQ one, though. You'd think TRAs would be all over that.

A relatively small Iranian study (70 or so) found a link with Narcissistic Personality Disorder.

Another study I saw found MOTHERS of transgenders (not sure if was both TiMs and TiFs, or just TiMs) had a higher % of mental health issues. I seem to remember it was a specific personality disorder, but I'm blanking on what it was.

See with all those mental health issues, their brains are stronger the same way a powerlifter is stronger from working out all the time. Thus they must have higher IQs, it's science. /s

It's funny because mental illness actually damages the brain.

A lot has been written about how cross-sex hormones lower IQ (not that I think anyone can clearly state what IQ measures. But within individuals in the same culture and same socio-economic status, I think it measures 'something') The Dunning-Kreiger Effect might also be a factor here.

I've read testimonials that anti-androgens seriously impair cognition. Several people claim they weren't able to read while on the medication.

Interesting. Does it work the other way around?

Maybe for aging men, but no, androgens don't improve cognition in women.
