I assume Hubbard doesn't give interviews because it will be so blatantly obvious that he's a man. It's not clear what, if anything, his 'transition' actually entails besides growing his hair long. He clearly hasn't undergone any surgeries, and the IOC's testosterone limits are within the range of what some males produce naturally.

Anyone else notice how often 'transitioning' seems to involve an AGP male simply letting themselves go? Hubbard looks like a fat slob, the opposite of what one would expect from an elite athlete.

He wants to win in the laziest way possible.

Cheating bastard who couldn't win as a man.

I'll be referring to him as "Gavin Hubbard" from now one. Couldn't make the men's team so he needs a leg-up. Pathetic fraud.

What's really bothersome is that the commenters in the DAIL MAIL, who usually lean very conservative, have been gaslit to the point where many are using women's pronouns for Hubbard and saying things like, "While I support her right to live her life as she chooses..."

We need to scream louder, ladies. We need to let the normies know that this is the Emperor's New Clothes and that it's OK to say, "Oh hell, no, that ain't no woman."

I wonder whether comments that don't comply are purged. The Mail comments are moderated. Possibly for legal compliance, and possibly without understanding what is required to comply. They don't explicitly mention use of "professional nouns" on https://www.dailymail.co.uk/home/house_rules.html

An enterprising soul might try posting something and seeing if it gets deleted.

I've seen comments from people complaining that their other comments have been removed so it could well be that the Mail removes comments they don't like.

It might be not that the Mail "doesn't like" the comments, but feels pressured to apply certain rules out of fear of legal action, boycotts etc.

Yes - the UK seems to have some crazy rules around pronoun usage (or am I thinking of Canada?)

I don' t think those who make those comments are conservatives: I think they are leftists who are realizing that places like the Daily Mail are the only places where they can voice certain thoughts without being attacked, but they still have the conditioning of "you are a nazi if you don' t respect them".

I think that some of the UK posters are terrified of using the "wrong "(but actually correct) pronouns or expressing biological reality because of the legal trouble they could get into, or even just harassment from the gender mob.

Hubbard transitioned from a man to a woman in 2012 at the age of 35, after training and competing in male weightlifting competitions since she was a teenager.

STOP LYING that anyone has "transitioned" because that has never happened in the history of the world. People have had radical surgeries and taken drugs, but that has not changed them into the opposite sex. Modifying your appearance or even removing internal organs does NOT change your sex. WHY is this so hard for people?

The caption "with her parents" and he has a full beard was classic.

DailyMail isn't right or left to me, just sensationalism. Just anything to get people to click.
