It's a good thing that wokester was there to calmly explain to all of these women why it's wrong for them to object to a man waving his genitals around in a women's spa.

He’s mansplaining why it’s okay for a dude to be in the woman’s area. I love this woman for not taking it. In my day he’d be arrested for indecent exposure. Now he’s protected by law. Utter insanity.

Love a man who takes the initiative to tell a woman she is overreacting and wrong

I think what's really interesting about this clip is how it reveals her sweet, naïve understanding of the current state of things:

"not transgender! he has a dick!"

There is still hope in hearing these words: I want to believe that most people think "transgender" means "transsexual", or someone who's had surgery. I want to believe that she and many others haven't yet understood the social reality that self-id means a man can now just say he is a woman, and that ostensibly makes him one.

There are many more yet to be peaked.

In any case, even if she knows what "transgender" means, this was the absolute best way to confront it: simply don't acknowledge their pseudo-reality and say it like it is. You don't need to understand the nuances of what "gender" means to know what a penis looks like. Don't play their game!

Yep, that's my strategy too.

Poor women, this must have sucked to try and relax in a womans spa and suddenly have a naked man strutting around.

And then you have some dingdong telling you why you should not be upset...

Edit: just saw someone mention that spa has a co-ed section which made it all that much worse.

Well to be fair, if there is a fully nude common space and it's understood that everyone will be naked there, then fine. It's not everyone's cup of tea, and different cultures have their own views on common nudity.

But "women's" means just that: reserved for women only.

I just don't get, if you are trans, why not go the mixed sex section. Trying to insert your dick in a women's only section is just asking for trouble and incredibly entitled.

This is how people get hurt.

The boundary violation is the point. I got into an argument on reddit with some guy who was like "She didn't go to the spa to wave her dick around, she just wanted to relax!". Like, dude, you have no idea why the transwoman is there. Shut up.

Men using trans as an excuse to be perverts. What else is new?

To be fair, this guy may have a lawsuit on his hands if he kicks him out, thanks to Joey. I still would've done it though.

It's my understanding (I could be wrong) that California passed a law in 2005 that allowed this, so it's probably not the spa's fault.

I feel bad for the employees at the spa and the spa owners. If they kick him out they'll have a lawsuit on their hands, on the other hand they know its wrong.
