A law that is unjust to enforce completely is an unjust law. People complaining about the law being enforced selectively aren't the problem in my opinion. Either get rid of the law or enforce it evenly, but no honest person should desire to live in a country where the laws on paper are not the actual laws as practiced.

Edit: I understand this might seem like I'm caring about something abstract when there's a much more straightforward problem at hand, but the health of the legal system is very important and sometimes victim to subtle maladies.
