What's really offensive about these headlines is that there is no reason to mention women or "people with breasts" at all. Headlines are supposed to convey a maximum amount of info in a short space, to include only the most essential elements & to do so in a way that emphasizes the most important points. This wordy, sloppy headline could just as easily have said

Doctors Forgot to Warn That COVID Vaccines Could Affect Mammograms

Or

COVID Vaccines Might Affect Mammograms, Doctors Warn

Or

Mammograms Possibly Affected by COVID Vaccines

Or

Mammograms Affected By COVID Vaccines?

It's almost like they had to squeeze in the "X with Y" to get people to click on it.
