Iceland is very dependent on tourists for their economy and their biggest draws are geothermal spas that require showering before accessing. If the LGB group and women's groups could get the tourism industry involved it might actually solve this problem. If the cult followers won't listen to reason, maybe they'll listen to money.

All of this. And flights just went on sale and I was about to snag one. So glad I saw this first.

I love(d) Iceland including the geothermal spas. There is no way in hell I will do it again if I have to share the mandatory, totally nude, open showers with men. This news shut it right down for me.

During tourist season the biggest spa, Blue Lagoon, is at max capacity every day with tourists from various cultures that do not tolerate this crap. There will be issues.

Also, Icelandic women have gone on nationwide strike for their rights in the past. If they choose, they can shut down the country...

Wow - that's interesting.

I sure as hell would raise a stink if I were a tourist and had spent a fortune and gone all the way to Iceland only to find naked men in my locker room.

Anyone know how to say "Karen" in Icelandic?

In other words, women are DENIED the right to use these pools.

"Let women swim" !!!!

Take your male sexual fetish and shove it up your ass (that's probably one of their fetishes right there.)

Why is it that when trans people are uncomfortable in a space, the other 99% of society has to rush to accommodate. But when women are uncomfortable with the new accommodations, the onus is on women to get over it and stop being a bigot?

I was called a "bigot" by a friend of an old friend for asking just that.

This man is an uber-leftist, so I pointed out to him that women are the oppressed group, and we are oppressed by men.

So he should instead call the men who appropriate women's oppression and colonize our safe spaces "bigots," not us.
