Hey. I'm an agender person, and I have pretty severe dysphoria so I'm going to get surgery known as nullification. This means that my vagina, uterus, labia and basically everything will be removed. I'll still have my ureathra, clit and ovaries but other than that it'll just be smooth skin. I'm only eighteen but I legitimately have dysphoria, and my family has the money and will to do this.

I think this is fake. If not, her family, doctors, the hospital, those who experimented on animals to learn to do this (they didn't consent), everyone who supports this, and everyone who knows her and doesn't physically try to STOP this is complicit in an act of pure evil.

I swear teenagers need to hear from older people who made horribly unsound decisions as teens and have since suffered the consequences. Whatever happened to speakers who did that?

Bad body modification decisions used to be a bunch of cruddy tattoos and some questionable piercings both of which could be dealt with. I mean my generation (x) was sort of famous for this. I don't get the desire to be nullo, this sounds like a fetish run amok, either hers or her partners.

If she keeps her ovaries she can technically retrieve eggs and use a surrogate (although if her vagina is sewn shut, I'm not sure how - I'm not sure what a removal of the vagina entails tbh). I wouldn't put it past someone like this to outsource their fertility in this way when they realize what they've done.

I'm pretty sure egg retrieval from egg donation is done laproscopically. Or she could bank eggs pre-surgery. But I doubt she will. If I was a surgeon I would stay far, far away from this person, this just screams mental issues who will eventually turn around and sue.

Nope, it's done vaginally. A long tube with a needle at the end is put through the top of the vaginal wall first on one side, then on the other, to reach the two ovaries and aspirate out the follicular fluid containing the eggs. Body dysmorphia is a disorder of perception. BIID (body integrity identity disorder) is a closer analogue.

As someone with a severe mental disorder I can't imagine being told "Yup, everything your brain tells you is real and you should do whatever you want all the time at the expense of your physical health. Oh, and every time you experience discomfort is everyone else's fault"
