Los Angeles is the only major city to have just ONE paper. The same way California has just ONE political party. When the Herald Examiner folded, there was no counterweight. Some would cite the Daily News, but that is a Valley paper, not the whole city.

Think how easy that has made it for propagandists to control thought in the second largest city in the US.

I would say the hipsters in California go along with gender ideology because it's current "Progressive" thinking, but I would guess that most immigrant and/or non-white and/or non-university degree holding and/or Trump supporters and/or non-political people in California - which is most of the state - think that gender ideology is ridiculous.

California has very low voter participation rates, so while it's assumed to skew Blue, I'm guessing that the truth is probably more that many people who aren't rabid about either party just don't vote.

I honestly think once gender ideology gets dragged into the light it will disintegrate, because even the WOKE can't muster the pretzel logic needed to defend it.

...well why on earth would an Actual Real Live Girl, who by definition is under 18 and is packing both the X chromosomes that make females more resistant to Covid think she should be a priority? /s 🙄
