Also I didn't look to see if they were in the US but apparently on of the drugs they're using to induce lactation is banned there (as if that would stop him though)

Yes.

https://www.fda.gov/drugs/investigational-new-drug-ind-application/how-request-domperidone-expanded-access-use

Domperidone is not currently a legally marketed human drug and it is not approved for sale in the U.S. On June 7, 2004, FDA issued a public warning that distributing any domperidone-containing products is illegal. FDA also issued an Import Alert instructing FDA field personnel to detain shipments of finished drug products and bulk ingredients containing domperidone, and refuse admission into the US. FDA took this action because of the concern about the potential serious health risks associated with the use of domperidone by lactating women to enhance breast milk production.

The serious risks associated with domperidone include cardiac arrhythmias, cardiac arrest, and sudden death. These risks are related to the blood level of domperidone, and higher levels in the blood are associated with higher risks of these events. Concurrent use of certain commonly used drugs, such as erythromycin, could raise blood levels of domperidone and further increase the risk of serious adverse cardiac outcomes.

Domperidone use is associated with an increased risk of sudden cardiac death (by 70%)[33] most likely through its prolonging effect of the cardiac QT interval and ventricular arrhythmias.[34][35] The cause is thought to be blockade of hERG voltage-gated potassium channels.[36][37]

In Britain a legal case involved the death of two children of a mother whose three children had all had hypernatraemia. She was charged with poisoning the children with salt. One of the children, who was born at 28 weeks gestation with respiratory complications and had a fundoplication for gastroesophageal reflux and failure to thrive was prescribed domperidone. An advocate for the mother suggested the child may have suffered neuroleptic malignant syndrome as a side effect of domperidone due to the drug crossing the child's immature blood-brain-barrier.[43]

Not only is this obviously incredibly abusive to the child since he is obviously neglecting the risks of transmission via breast milk to engage in his fetish, but any parent who would take drugs that are known to have such serious health risks for what appears to be no real gain is a wildly irresponsible parent.
