Wtf?! Now subjective perception is accepted over objective reality? That's messed up.

Laws being passed to allow transgenders to change their birth certificates is actually not that rare. South Dakota just passed a law in the opposite direction, ensuring that birth certificates could not be changed to reflect gender whims.

This is just more proof that there's a lot more going on in the push to cement gender ideology than any of realize - gender ideology is a top-down effort to reorder the way we view our lives and ourselves.

I've seen one old school transexual justify changing birth certificates because their local paper actually searched through the registry and pulled their cert and ran a story outing them to their whole town.

I mean it's good that we live in a world now where we can't image the press would do something like that now but it's certainly a risk to trans people we need to consider because society could change back again.

I feel for this poor man, but accurate statistics, especially facts about oppressed groups, like women, depend on accurately being able to identify sex.

In order to measure crime, poverty, health, educational levels, etc., and work to alleviate unfairness on a societal level, we need to acknowledge sex.

The benefit to the greater good of accurately identifying sex outweighs the individual need of a person's head feelings to be acknowledged.

And what else should we allow birth certificates to lie about? Date of birth? I'm all for it - I want SS and Medicare NOW. Seriously.

The press is still insane. The NYT went and ruined a young girl for making comments “anti-Asian” social media posts when she was even younger. A biracial boy was painted as a hero for speaking out against her.
