If these men and Candace Owens weren't too busy bitching about Karen they would have known feminists have been gender critical the whole time, and was aware that Biden was going to sign an E.O. for this, and soon for prisons, because it was a part of his campaign. Don't you just love when people expose themselves as uninformed voters.

I believe that allowing men into women's prisons is already part of Biden's executive order.

If I'm getting this correct, and I'm going off my interpretation of what Abigail Shrier said in an interview, Biden's exec. order affected the Fair Housing act, so any women's housing that receives federal funds (prisons) would have to take men self-identifying as women.

And yes, Biden clearly stated that men should be allowed to self-identify into women's prisons - there's a video of it - so he is just doing what he said he would do.

Newsom already passed it in California. Here's how CDCR (prison system) is interpreting it.

https://www.cdcr.ca.gov/prea/sb-132-faqs/

So OK then! Before you had to have surgery. Now it's prohibited to ask about medical treatment. If you say you are, you are. Half of the 1,200 TIMs in prison said they wanted to go to a women's in 2019 and that's when the rule was that you'd have to get SRS. Now that you can just say anything and be verbally convincing well why the fuck wouldn't more people try that who have issues in male prison? I mean most males have issues in male prison!

I got all the CDCR evidence on that NFL thread and a guy (not the TIM) is just like "well guards have sex w/inmates too and it's exactly the same and women rape." Guards aren't restricted there and each one is over about 100 people and there's a deterrent effect (imperfect but still effective) of a guard knowing that if there's like semen on someone's shirt let alone a pregnancy he loses his job. His insurance. He could go to jail himself. As opposed to inmates who might get a week's time out in the hole for it.

I know about Gavin Newsom, Governor of California, signing the law that allows men in women's jails; I prefer to call him NewScum.

I wouldn't waste your time arguing with those idiots. There are boards (probably including sports boards) where people, including men, are only just starting to think about gender ideology, so you could swoop in and set them straight before the gender ideologists get in to brainwash them.

And of course, Senator Paul had to get the dig in about, "I wonder where feminists are on this?"

Because no one really knows to what level that women are being silenced when speaking out about this. It's a long running meme now with a ton of men bitching about feminism, and I would honestly guess that because the TRA voices are louder and more oppressive towards biological women that everyone thinks things are hunky dory.

It's also because the older feminists groups, like the National Organization for Women (NOW) and the National Center for Lesbian Rights, etc., have been co-opted by the gender lobby, and fully endorse all the gender lobby's actions, including legislation.

This allows the gender lobby to say to politicians, "See - the feminists support us!" When, in fact, any sane woman who knows the reality of the situation -that the Equality Act and similar legislation is an all-out war on women's sex-based rights, women's sports, women's dignity, privacy and safety -is opposed.

Do you follow Tammy Bruce? I read one of her books in the 90s and she called out NOW for turning a blind eye to Bill Clinton's behavior. That's when it hit me the so-called women's groups are just political groups. They don't have solid principles. It's "a Democrat did it, so it's ok. A Republican did it, so let's give it 24/7 media condemnation." They don't care about the actual act, just which "side" did it. One side gets a pass.

I wonder if say, that old turtle Mitch McConnell (retire!!!!) had been the first to take huge bribes from the Trans Lobby and made TRA part of the GOP agenda before it infected the Left -- would the Left now be against it? Would they be pro-GC just because the other side wasn't? Do any of them use logic or just bribes?

Probably so! We are just finding out now that the media hysteria around HCQ (hydroxycloroquine) was because trump mentioned it.

It's actually VERY effective when taken properly!!

Thank you for saying that. I can't stand people who put party over principle. Had Donald Trump literally cured cancer, they would have been all over Twitter "those poor cancer cells! Cancerphobia is terrorism. Trump has committed genocide against cancer" etc.

When I was a kid my mother always called me Contrary Mary: "anything I say you always have to contradict!" (I was not aware I did that, but I was often accused!) Allegedly the Left are the Anti-War party, and we had four years without starting any foreign wars, and that's just ignored. If someone does a good thing you should acknowledge it, regardless of how you feel about that person's personality or whatever. And if someone does a bad thing, call them out, no matter how devoted you are to them.

And I would add, stop justifying "your" side for the things it does even if you recognize they are bad, and stop wishful thinking that they are going to see the light, eventually, just because you really, really want them to.

Trump didn't start any wars but that was not for lack of trying.

The assassination of Iranian military leader Qasem Soleimani and the most probably US/Israeli murder of the Iranian nuclear scientist were both provocations designed to get Iran to retaliate, after which the US/Israel would have bombed the hell out of Iran.

Trump also had to be talked out of bombing the Iranian nuclear facility at Natanz, which could have also triggered the War to End All Wars (TM World War I)

As it was, there was rampant speculation that, given his actions in the region, Trump was going to attack Iran in his last days in office in order to leave Biden (not a peacenik himself) a mess coming in.

Trump Could Still Start a Last-Ditch War With Iran (THE ATLANTIC)

A final grand distraction before the president is forced to relinquish his office is a real danger that deserves serious attention. Dec 30 2020 https://www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/2020/12/trump-could-still-start-last-ditch-war-iran/617530/

Trump was also reluctant to put the US in Covid lockdown. Gee, if data had been scientifically gathered and analyzed, the public should have been sooner informed of vulnerable groups, and more targeted measures could have been employed earlier. I find it suspect the continued media blackout on vital nutrients (Vitamin D e.g.) and the denial of actual effective early treatments until after Biden was elected. But Trump was ridiculed. I've read too much history to mindlessly believe in coincidences or nonpolitical intentions. Check out the Hong Kong Flu. Society continued in the face of pandemics before. To me this lockdown down was reinforcing snowflake culture of the upper classes, while the lower classes were, shrug. Not good.

I kept asking people about the Hong Kong Flu of 1969. USA held Woodstock! Very few people even remember it and news coverage was minimal. I fear a big contributor to the death toll has been obesity. Americans (and others too, but I know this country best) are overall really unhealthy and morbidly obese.

I'm not attacking obese women. It happens. We eat garbage, we get depressed, we sit in front of computers.... but we need to improve and help ourselves. Not this "healthy at any size" brainwashing.

Everything that happens is for political reasons. And when I say "political," I really mean "criminal" -- politicians are criminals.

It's ALMOST funny how little things have changed once they claim to be women ;).

I read that and thought he's right. Where are they? They've been hijacked by Trans same as LGB has been.

Deplatfromed 5-10 years ago, which nobody cared about. Before they went after the conservatives!

All I can say is that I'm glad conservative men are speaking out, even if it is Paul and Romney.

Now, we have to make sure to give the politicians speaking out cover by talking to our own congressional representatives, making sure that if we are liberals, we tell our representative that, so that they can't dismiss opposition to gender ideology as a "conservative" movement.

I just wish that at some point Sen Paul had cut through the nominee's obfuscatory non-answer by pointing out that trans athletes have the same right to participate in extracurricular activities just like any other student. The boys' teams are still there, no one is telling those boys they can't compete. If they don't make varsity they can continue to practice their sport with every other mediocre male athlete in the jv or intramural teams. They currently have the same rights. What the nominee wants to do is strip the rights from the girls.

OMG - now I'm even agreeing w something MITT-ENS ROMNEY has said. Just the first part about boys in girls' sports:

Wow, shocked about Romney. To me he's the GOP version of Gavin Newsom -- greasy used car salesman type.

This should not be divided by party or groupings within parties. Every single person no matter what affiliation should be able to see reality. Snow is cold. Fire is hot. Men are male. Women are female.

[–]BEB[S] 4 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 0 fun5 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

I don't know; in my experience, many men are scratching their heads at the seeming acceptance of women of the way TiMs are reordering/destroying women's lives. I see many men on twitter speaking out against TiMs in sports, and most of them would be conservative or moderate. Most liberal men have swallowed the Kool Aid, or they hate women and supporting TiMs over women is the acceptable way to let that show.

I’m sad to say that I honestly believe that a lot of liberal men do hate women. I work in a very woke, very male dominated career, and I’ve noticed a lot of negative thinking in regards to women from my liberal male coworkers. A lot of them seem to only be nice when they think that they have a chance of getting sex (they don’t), and otherwise treat me as though I’m less intelligent or not there. When I was single I was constantly invited out with the group for drinks after work. This stopped as soon as I got into a relationship. I’ve also had three separate guys go off on incel like text tirades because I “led them on.” I just thought that we were friends and treated them the same as I treat any friend. We have two TIMs at work and they all go along with the bullshit, which speaks volumes to me in regards to how they view women. Idk. Sorry for the rant. I never seem to be treated this way by conservative male coworkers or acquaintances. It’s all purely anecdotal, but consistently annoying.

It's so odd that conservative men seem to be our side in many aspects of this issues, and "progressive" men seem to be using gender ideology as a means to silence/demean/erase us.

However, in my experience, liberal men my age, in my circles, totally get that gender ideology is damaging, but I think I grew up during that very small window when a good % men, especially educated men, actually treated women as close to equals.

Now, I think with violent porn, hook up culture, BDSM, sexting being pushed on girls -all as backlash to the empowerment of 2nd Wave feminism - younger men can get away with calling themselves progressive while being absolute pigs to women.
