It isn't surprising. When one fantasy is indulged and celebrated, these people will look for something even more exciting for them to get off to. They naturally go for kids b/c in their twisted heads, they feel that if they were allowed to transition as kids, their lives would be so much easier and better. Yet since the whole thing is a fetish, they instantly see these kids as sexual objects to be groomed and probably exploited as well.
