I have heard there was a time when the ACLU would defend people who said "unpopular" things. Their stance was once that "you're going to hear things you don't agree with or like because that's what freedom of speech means."

And then all the Patriot Act stuff came and the TSA, with no probable cause, could reach in your underwear at the airport and scan your naked body. And they said nothing.

THEN they oddly became biology experts (indeed) and decided to shut down a lot of speech, support "hate speech" laws, and tell women "out of the way, shut up and stand back, AGP are coming through!"

And it would also be illegal for the women who had lost their place on the women's team to men to then form a new league for themselves. And the ACLU would defend prosecuting them for it. We will eventually reach a point where men are not only allowed to passively infiltrate women's sports and spaces, but where women's sports and spaces are illegal and those involved in them actively pursued under the law. And this is perfectly compatible with the feminism espoused by liberals and wokes today.

In the future, sucking a trans pretending male's 'female' benis will be prosecuted by the legal system. There will be two courts, One for the trans identifying males who are discriminated against merely by ordering actual Lesbians to touch their trannydicks, and another, that only serves to write out the sentencing for wayward women who stand up against the Timmy Decrees. And Joe Biden will personally 'thank' every woman who is sentenced.

It shouldn't be fully a surprise to us. The ACLU used to do things that made THEM feel uncomforable, made US feel uncomfortable. There used to be a time when they defended CIVIL liberties of all humans freely, even nazis have the right to freedom of expression.

But it seems like they've taken that lesson TOO FAR, and thnik that unless they're making everyone uncomfortable, then it ISNT a right worth defending.

Trans athletes is NOT a speech issue, it's NOT a rights issue, they can (AFAIK) all participate against other folks of their birth sex, it's about the right for genetically damaged males to compete against women who have a BIOLOGICAL disadvantage in MOST sports.

Even Venus and Serena Williams were completely shellacked by a male tennis player, back to back, who was smoking, because men have a more dominant advantage in the sports that require higher muscle mass. Playing TRANS males in Women's sports isn't participating in fairness, it's CHEATING, while also taking AWAY the placing of Female atheletes who had to work harder than that male did to get there.

The young women who have 1/3rd his muscle mass, or more, are going to get shellacked by a player who has no more skill, but was born differently, and who unfairly takes away their chances at fair competition.

And the Biden admin putting a Pretending male in charge of the health office is just the icing on the cake, of a politician who's spent the better part of 40 years groping random strangers and the media lets him get away with it; There was NO 'grabbing by the pussy' moment for THIS politician, I wonder why.

Some press critics took offense to the party, arguing that it symbolizes an overly cozy relationship between the White House and reporters. CNN reporter Ed Henry was at the party and he says it's no big whoop.

No, it is not that. The ACLU has long had two agendas that were in tension with each other-- civil liberties and civil rights. The Charlottesville protests--which the ACLU defended as part of its civil liberties agenda-- seemed to have forced an internal reckoning in which the organization decided to quietly cease its civil liberties work to focus exclusively on civil rights.

Had the ACLU still been pursuing a civil liberties agenda that might make people uncomfortable, it would have been a lot more active and vocal last year in challenging government curfews and lock-downs.

Why are white people doing this? I believe it's boredom. White people are so bored, when there's a relative amount of peace, that they conjure up bullshit like this. Gay males of colors were living as so-called trans women for decades and didn't ask for any of this. They didn't want to play sports with females. They didn't want access to women's shelters. Why are straight white males seeking access to females? Can psychiatrists/psychologists figure out why straight white males are identifying as trans women and nip it in the bud? I know, I know... autogynephilia, but straight white males are denying it's that.

So far the males in the US who've been most successful using their claimed "identities" as "trans" to make inroads into, and to triumph in, female scholastic sports are black males: Connecticut HS runners Terry Miller and Andraya Yearwood, who now hold 15 statewide records in girls track; and CeCe Telfer, who went from being a mediocre college athlete as Craig to becoming the number-one women's national champion in the NCAA D2 400m hurdles.

None of these black males has been shy about speaking up for why they should have access to female sports and spaces. Miller, Yearwood and Telfer have been adamant about their disdain for women and their belief that they should be given carte blanche to enter female sports and spaces, and to ride roughshod over girls' and women's rights.

In the UK, prominent "gay males of color" are prominent in the movement to end female sports, spaces and speech. Among them Monroe Bergdorf, Amarou, Travis Alabanza, Mridul Wadhwa.

BTW, efforts in recent decades to open up international elite female sports to males with DSDs have been led by, and undertaken on behalf of, athletes who are almost exclusively "of color": Semenya, Wambui, Niyonsaba, Chand. Since the case of Maria José Martínez-Patiño from Spain in 1986, no European, North American or other white majority nation has argued that males with DSDs should be able to participate in female sports.

Also, some gay male transvestites of color in the US have indeed been seeking access to women's spaces for decades.

  2. Timing - it’s a great time to be an identity grifter, with social media and the passion of acceptance and inclusivity in the air. Claim oppression and win woke points or a gofundme.
  3. Porn and porn-addicted men brainwashing the youth, resulting in thoughts like, “maybe I really am a trans lesbian due to x,y,z”. It’s the lost leading the lost.
  4. Misogynistic men in public office or service emboldening this type of behavior. Not talking about Biden - I truly don’t think he knows much about this and I have hope for some moderacy in his administration eventually. I mean that ogre Adrian Harrop. And Morgane Oger, too.
