I wonder how long it will be before the new policy of forced national wokeness will piss people off to the point where they think that voting for Biden was a mistake. I think it will take about a 6-9 months when most people realize that things are pretty much exactly the same except the crews at CNN, MSNBC and all the online media aren't screaming that the sky is falling every. single. fucking. day. Health care won't be fixed, those student loans won't be forgiven, covid will probably still be kicking around, rent won't be free, the police won't be defunded, UBI isn't happening, Antifa being allowed to do w/ever it wants, crime rising in major cities and spilling into the suburbs but doing anything whatsoever about it is racist, etc.... All the pie in the sky bullshit they thought they were going to get will not be happening. What is going to happen ? Mandatory pronoun announcements, trans bullshit EVERYWHERE, children being brainwashed with every woke theory under the sun, (funded by your tax dollars of course) the twitter mob declaring all things problematic, with witch hunts, cancellations, and public shaming, but only if you're not one of them. The squad bleating every single day that the country is the worst place ever to have existed, that it must be dismantled, all the while obeying Pelosi's every whim b/c, hey, those 175K/year gov't jobs aren't easy to come by and even that isn't enough to live the political lifestyle. They'll need some sweet lobbyist cash for that. Best not to rock the boat. They'll just scream about racism, Israel, and "eat the rich", all the while getting rich themselves from helping the billionaires who own our government.

The 2022 midterms will be interesting as I don't think the populace will stand for 2 AM vote dumps all over the country with Trump off the ballot. At some point it will start to look fishy.

I agree with your first paragraph!!

As for the second, supposedly, the neo-cons and RINOs colluded with the Dems to oust Trump. I wager those'll be the Republican candidates offered at Midterm elections. IMO, that'd be like no real choice between the two parties. US and women are soon to be censored blips in history... They used to exist, soon to be mere rumors.

People were shamed into not voting for him b/c the media made it seem like the apocalypse was happening every day and we just couldn't survive four more years. They were also bombarded with the idea that if you were considering voting for him, it wasn't b/c you liked his policies or simply preferred them to what the Dems were offering, it was b/c you were a nazi klansman piece of shit. When the media was allowed to spread and amplify a bullshit collusion conspiracy theory for three years, it is difficult to hang onto power. CNN's Fareed Zakaria did a piece recently about how Trump was actually pretty tough on Russia. That's nice, but for four years, his network, every other network not named Fox and most online news sources promoted the notion that Trump was Putin's puppet. It wasn't true, but hey, don't let anyone know til he's about to leave.

Look at the Hunter Biden story. 50 former senior intel officials all signed onto a letter stating that the laptop and its contents reeked of Russian disinformation. Sounds plausible, until the FBI came out, after the election of course, and said that no, it was real, and they'd been investigating it since 2018, but didn't want to influence the election. Two years, and they sat on it. Biden wasn't even a candidate when the investigation began, but he was thinking about running and had the best chance at winning, so it wasn't publicized, yet how many leaks did we see out of every dept. of gov't during the past 4 years and they were almost all anti-Trump.

As for 2022, It will be strange b/c people, especially in House races will want to pick up the Trump mantle in terms of policy, but not shoot himself or herself in the ass all the time the way Trump did. It should be interesting.

Disturbing how many people watch corporate media and believe it. Most people can't recognize when they are being lied to.

Elections are all rigged.

The Trans Lobby must be over the moon.

Yeah, the media really lost credibility. I knew it was rigged in 2016 from Bernie’s campaign, but I thought we were aligned in our anti-Trump disdain. Until I learned of the Russia hoax and then the Fine People hoax. The whole media institution is just false, misleading and harmful propaganda. Then I learned magic is real because my whole family fell under the media spell. Having core values and critical thinking skills and reading primary documents is key to freedom.

I would support a classical, anti-war conservative but I think the establishment rigs the elections. See here.

Instead of teaching the Trans Agenda in schools, they should have taught the horrors of Stalinism. Then maybe people would recognize this for what it is.

The war on women is real and so many women seem to welcome it.

The USA needs to agree to split up. Woketopia over there, normal people over here. You can't reason with the Trans agenda because they all threaten to kill themselves. They would happily see women living on the streets penniless rather than allow them to have a job if they refuse to call men "she" and let men in their bathrooms.

All of this resonates with me. I loved every word.

The Democratic Party has turned from neoliberal to neoconservative. We need a new party or some party with classical liberals and regular ruling class versus proletariat class-based analysis.

As a classic liberal, I completely agree! But I despair at the difficulty of getting candidates that will actually do anything about it.

I'm already exhausted.
