I think the more times the gender vendors make their case in open court before experienced and truly judicious jurists like the ones in the higher courts of the UK, the better. Sunlight, sunlight.

Also, British jurisprudence historically and today is nothing to sneeze at. Magna Carta, innocent until proven guilty, jury of one's peers... Plus, the UK has developed very sophisticated thinking, frameworks and procedures to safeguard children, adolescents and vulnerable adults that makes the UK a world leader in this regard.

Do they really expect a different result when their own data supports Keira's side?

I'm not really sure how they even got the appeal, don't they need new evidence?

Anyway, as said in the other comment, it's a good thing.

And now we have their own research published with bad results for puberty blockers and the terrible NHS review this week.
