Minnesota has gone all in on the wokeness. right after their riots, the residents of one neighborhood felt so guilty about their "privilege" they actually stopped reporting crimes b/c they felt racist for doing so.

Nope, it wasn't. The neighborhood is called Powederhorn Park; the park was essentially invaded and colonized by homeless over the summer....the woke residents of he neighborhood didn't know what to do, and Minneapolis PD was neutered b/c their spineless mayor was trying to set himself up with a national political profile by groveling to the local BLM mob but ended up looking like an absolute coward. It took months before the park was cleared, and you can guess as to all the fun stuff that went on.

Or the nightly riots, the attacks on federal buildings, police stations, tearing down statues, the insane spike in crime in these places.....remember, sending in the national guard was AWFUL.....the capitol riot lasted a few hours(and a shitload of them are very rightfully going to jail for a good long while instead of being instantly released / charges dropped like the BLM riots), now DC has an occupied military zone and a dem congressman is openly calling the troops there racist b/c they're white men who probably voted for Trump.

That’s Olympic weightlifting - the snatch and clean & jerk. Very dynamic and technical movements. Powerlifting is just deadlift, back squat and bench press or shoulder press - much more simple movements. The former requires good genetics, skill, technique, mobility - they’re more like gymnasts than body builders. The latter requires pure strength and the average bloke will usually be able to lift around double the women, so HRT doesn’t suddenly halve this!
