So first they’re a very very small minority, significantly smaller than the amount of actually dysphoric TW vs women, compared to... as a group people with disabilities actually make up a very large minority. I’m not sure on exact stats but it’s noticeably smaller.

Second, you’re bold to assume some people experience shame. (I wish sometimes it were the case- for many shame isn’t helpful when its over arbitrary things, but others lack it entirely, like whoever left diarrhea over the portapotties I saw recently.

What is weird though, is the number of people who are both trans and claim transabled or wanting to claim to be another race (not in the actual use like adoption of transracial). Transabled should refer to people who weren’t born disabled, but later became disabled... but unfortunately it refers to yet another obvious paraphilia for some and a dysmorphia for others.
