Misleading. She is intersex and was born with a uterus that wasn't developed. Was given hormone treatment and was able to become pregnant (I assume with IVF and probably donor eggs as well). The newspaper articles also reported her condition as androgen insensitivity syndrome which is extremely unlikely because this would be the first case I'm aware of able to become pregnant, so it is far more likely to be swyer's syndrome.

I couldn't read the Telegraph article coz it's behind a paywall, but this guy has claimed elsewhere he has PMDS, an extremely rare DSD that only affects males. A person with PMDS will have normal penises and testes, although the testes are often undescended, and Fallopian tubes and a uterus, or parts of them.

There's no way way someone with PMDS could sustain a pregnancy, coz XY males don't have the genetic code to grow a placenta, they don't have the ability to make or calibrate the hormones that pregnancy requires, they have male kidneys that couldn't handle the extra load the way female kidneys are designed to, they have male-sized hearts and lungs and other organs that would make accommodating a pregnancy in late state difficult, their male internal organs are not designed to shift out of the way to allow room for an expanding uterus the women's internal organs are... and for a zillion other reasons.

There are hundreds, perhaps thousands, of processes and calibrations a female human body has to pull off to grow a human embryo into a fetus and to bring a fetus to term. These processes and calibrations require the extensive involvement of both female software and hardware beyond the uterus itself. It's not like a uterus is a stand-alone super organ that does the whole job all by itself.

Also, if you've seen and heard this guy on video rather than just in still photos, it's very clear he's a guy who just happens to look like a woman when his face is fully made up. Plus, the photos he's posted online of his supposedly pregnant belly show it's made of fat - it's very soft and doughy and pillowy, not taut and hard and stretched like a drum skin the way a pregnant woman's belly is.
