If you look at the details of the report, the big increase in "sex reassignment surgeries" that's occurring and is predicted to continue at even higher rates is in surgeries that don't involve the genitals. "Sex reassignment surgery" and "gender confirmation surgeries" nowadays is a broad category that for females mainly means double mastectomies, and for males mainly means a host of cosmetic surgeries above the waist, such as facial feminization surgery, chest augmentation with implanted sacs of gel or fluid to mimic the appearance of adult female breasts, tracheal shaves and the like.* Only a minority of these surgeries are on the genitals.

*For males today, "gender affirming medical care" also commonly includes involve facial hair removal, contouring of the upper front teeth to change the shape of the upper lip to make it appear "more feminine," and lip fillers and butt and hip injections. Although some of these procedures are done by practitioners who also perform surgeries, they themselves are not surgeries. But the language is changing: the nomenclature that's becoming increasingly popular is "gender affirming/confirmation/sex change care/treatment/procedures."

The sleight of hand is intentional: the gender cultists want to use terms they know the general public will assume refer to genital surgeries when in reality they are talking about double mastectomies and cosmetic procedures to pretty up men so they can better pose as the opposite sex .

Yes, it mostly mutilation of girls bodies or implants with face surgery for older TiMs. Still mostly teen girls, tho. So many women are becoming victims to this, so many lesbians are mutilated.

This era is becoming more and more sexist, media is more and more sexualizing women, society becomes more lesbophobic. Trans cult mocking women rights and safe women spaces. Many girls want to escape this with "I want to be anything, but the woman".

Young women are getting tired from this, they just want to live:

Also, coz of the deleterious effects of T on the female body, many girls & young women who go "trans" will have to have their uteri removed - and when they do that, they often have their ovaries and Fallopian tubes removed too. Since the removal of female internal reproductive organs doesn't affect the genitals, these can't be called "genital reconfiguration surgeries," but it seems there's a move among the gender cult to call them "sex change surgeries." Which presents quite a pickle for the vast number of women who've had our internal repro organs removed due to health conditions and believe it didn't change our sex one iota.

All the lingo this cult uses and the assumptions made are based on seeing male anatomy as the norm. Male gonads (testes) are part of the male external genitalia, but female gonads (ovaries) are internal - and females have many more reproductive structures than males too.

Females can get phalloplasties or metoidioplasties that change the look and function of their gentials and urethras and still keep their female gonads, uterus and tubes. Whereas in any male "sex reassignment surgeries" on the genitals, removing the gonads is always the first step, whether these guys are getting fauxginaplasties, no-depth fauxlvaplasties, or just stand-alone orchiectomies that leave their penises intact.

Although one of the most decidedly male organs of all is the prostate, I've never heard anyone from the trans cult advocate that males should get their prostates removed in order to confirm/affirm their "gender" and prove how "feminine" they are the way females are being encouraged to get their internal female organs removed to show their commitment to their transness and prove how manly they are. Funny that. Now what on earth could the reason be for this glaring double standard? (Insert emoji face expressing feigned confusion here.)

Excellent analysis. I tried researching that recently about whether TW remove their prostates or if it’s talked about and I couldn’t find anything. I thought about it because I was reading about certain supposedly fully transitioned MtF getting prostate cancer.

You couldn't find anything coz it's never talked about. Seems no TIMs ever even consider requesting that their prostate be removed. Which makes sense given that 95% of TIMs keep their dicks and balls nowadays, and the prostate plays such a big role in making male seminal fluid (and of course in providing sexual pleasure, especially in anal sex).

But even for the small proportion of trans-identified males who do get genital surgeries, it seems prostate removal is never considered - nor is it made an option by any of the doctors treating these guys.

There was a thread about this over on Ovarit the other day, and IIRC a large part of the reason is that the prostate is hard to remove, so they just don't try to do it

a large part of the reason is that the prostate is hard to remove, so they just don't try to do it

We live in an age when loads of people get heart and kidney transplants, double lung transplants and have all sorts of brain surgeries. When babies with heart defects are having major heart surgery to correct defects whilst still in their mother's wombs. When surgeons are doing extensive surgeries lasting many hours on males to make fauxginas out of a "crazy quilt" of tissues taken from the scrotum, penis, bowel and/or the peritoneum - the lining of the abdomen - and on females to make fake penises by carving all the flesh and nerves off the forearm and relocating and refashioning them in the groin. When women's internal organs are routinely removed or fucked with as in all the cases of surgical mesh.

In today's male facial feminization surgeries, the procedures surgeons often use are extreme and IMO grotesque. Sometimes entire parts of the front skull are removed so they can be sawn down when not attached to the patient:

people (men) with a larger brow protrusion require a more involved procedure. In these cases, the front of the brow bone is entirely removed, temporarily exposing the sinus cavity behind it. The removed bone is then contoured separately and replaced, so it lies flat.

But removing the prostate is too hard for current-day surgeons to do? Ha ha ha.

According to Johns Hopkins, not exactly a slouch in the field of medicine, a

A prostatectomy takes about two hours. You will be under general anesthesia, so you’ll be completely asleep. During the surgery, your doctor will:

  1. Make a small incision to gain access to your prostate.
  2. Remove the prostate.
  3. Reconnect the bladder to the urethra, the tube that carries urine outside of the body.
  4. Connect a catheter to the bladder, which allows urine to drain while the area heals.

You should expect to be in the hospital for one night

After you’re sent home, you might find that regular ibuprofen or acetaminophen will be sufficient pain management for the first few days. If over-the-counter medications aren’t enough, your doctor can help you with alternatives.

The idea that prostate removal isn't done coz it's too hard is IMHO total horseshit. I'd wager good money that the major reason it isn't included as a "gender confirming surgery" on TIMs is coz removing the prostate often leads to temporary impotence and longterm erectile dysfunction as well as an inability to produce seminal fluid (issues for all men, including the vast majority -95% - of TIMs who keep their dicks and balls nowadays) and coz the prostate is a major source of sexual pleasure for males whether or not they have their dicks and balls. All the surgeons who've pioneered the various "sex change" and "gender confirmation" surgeries happen to be men. And men aren't interested in doing anything that might cause their fellow men to lose an organ that is key to producing seminal fluid and providing males with sexual pleasure.
