Good. There is no way children should make such life-altering, permanent decisions before even having the right to vote or join the military, and even then, it's still too young. I can only imagine how horrific things would be if I was allowed to transition when I was a teen dealing with depression and other mental issues. Therapy and medication need to be the primary forms of treatment; that's how I was able to learn that being a tomboy doesn't make me a man and that it's okay to be a "masculine" woman and not fall into gender norms.

I was really shocked by this. I figured they'd pass a law saying transgender children were the property of the state.

Basically the NHS and TRA produced no good evidence and in some cases were obviously hiding results. They would only have had a chance if one of the judges was nobbled.

Great news! I was afraid she may lose the lawsuit. Now, I hope this case helps to spread sanity over the rest of the world. It's unthinkable that children are expected to be mature enough to undergo "transition".
