Trans women are more likely to be murdered, more likely to be victims of violent attacks in their own homes, and more likely to be homeless, again increasing the risk of violence, than their cis sisters.

What she's actually groping for is 'at the same rate as other men, except for homicides where they are half as likely to die'.

Once you understand the male levels of substance abuse, general criminal behaviour and much higher chance is doing sex work, in itself a major risk for being a crime victim, you realise they aren't being victimised at all.

Victim of a hate crime

Not being validated. Being misgendered. Yeah massively expand 'hate crimes' to include non crimes will do that.

Reading the Stonewall list of 'hate incidents' is enlightening. Mostly they are 'not having their gender recognised'.
