transgender people might not necessarily get on if they were located in a wing with other transgender people, as they might only have their transgender status in common

But even if you were to say they're women, they'd still only have their status as women in common with other prisoners?

YES. Imagine the indignity. They should have wings instead for followers of particular sports teams, and for those who enjoy handicrafts, and those who love to read. Because prison is a health retreat
