This is a very male, penis-centric POV. Coz all the talk about these surgically-created fauxginas being "functional" only considers whether they are fuckable. And all the claims that these surgical creations "feel like" the real thing come from the POV of males who want a fauxgina, or want to stick their dicks in one.

But the human vagina is not merely a fuck hole. It's the birth canal by which women bring new human beings into the world; it's the organ that enables most conceptions of new life to occur; it's the outlet for menses; it's an organ that plays crucial roles in maintaining the health and wellbeing of the female reproductive tract.

The vagina is a muscular organ that can push real live babies into the world, and it has to expand many, many times its normal diameter to do this. This is a far cry from being merely a little bit stretchy to receive a penis or dilator like peritoneal skin used in fauxgina surgeries is said to be. The very fact that guys with fauxginas made of any material need to regularly dilate is proof that their surgically constructed pelvic sleeves are nothing like actual vaginas.

The vagina is lined with unique tissues/mucous membranes containing tens of millions of proton pumps that make it not only self-lubricating, but continually self-cleaning. The vagina has unique biochemistry and flora. Regardless of what tissues are used, surgically constructed fauxginas have none of these characteristics. On the contrary, they have been found to have flora and biochemistry that are consistent with chronic bacterial infections rather than with actual vaginas.

Perhaps you should read about how using peritoneum tissue has been going for Jazz Jennings? This isn't a medical miracle, but a horror story. Jazz's surgeries have been profoundly unsuccessful and have required multiple operations to correct. As far as I'm aware, Jazz is also unable to experience an orgasm, and has never had one.

They're trying to market this as a cool new and improved surgery technique, when in reality, they're going with this experimental technique on young/underage males whose male genitals never developed because they were put on puberty blockers and hormones early in life and so they have no other option but to go with this experimental technique where they harvest this tissue.

I feel so bad for Jazz. That kid has had a 1000 mile stare since they were little and does not look happy. I hope the best but fear the worst for Jazz's future.

I feel bad for Jazz too. Especially now that COVID has indefinitely delayed his departure from his toxic childhood home and family yet another year or two. I bet Jazz is kicking himself for deciding in the fall of 2019 to defer going to college for a year. There's no way Jazz could've known back then that a pandemic would soon hit which would turn the one-year delay into several more years at home with totally controlling mom Jeanette and enabling dad Greg.

Are they making real vaginas from other tissues? What if one day they make real vaginas from stem cells? The "trans" people in there were like "a constructed vagina is a real vagina",

A vagina serves a functional purpose. A TRA will never have a real "vagina". It's like fake boobs on TRAs, they don't serve any physical purpose because these people are men. Some TRA are also fantasizing about "vagina" transplants from dead women. Extremely morbid.

Keep living in fantasyland, trans-cult... a surgically made hole does not make a vagina. The TRA concept of a functional vagina is that if you can stick a penis in it, it's properly functional and serves ABSOLUTELY no other purpose, lol! A hollowed-out piece of fruit could serve the same function! A watermelon with a penis-sized hole might as well be called a vagina!

In case you're interested, a google search of the keywords "man fucking watermelon" will yield nearly 6 million results, most of it porn. Keywords "men fucking fruit" will yield nearly 28 million results.

Using peritoneal tissue in neovagina surgery dates back to the 60s, in Russia, not India. It's nothing new in any case and regardless of what tissue is used the only functioning a transwoman can ever hope for is that another man can stick his dick in there. That's it lol, the only thing these butchers calling themselves surgeons aim for.

Which just goes to show how ignorant they are. They don't realize that vaginas and fauxginas are internal organs. The only people who see them are doctors. Theoretically, a human baby during childbirth might be able to see the vagina while passing through it, but nature has designed things so that human infants are born with their eyes closed.

When TIMs say their fauxginas look real, they mean their fauxlvas look real. But those usually don't look like the real thing either.

What makes the constructed different from the actual thing when both look and feel the same?

They are a fuck hole. That's all. No faux-gina is a vagina. it's a fuckable cavity carved into a pelvis. It has less in common with a vagina than a gunshot wound does.

First, a vagina doesn't just "secrete fluid". It secretes several specific and distinct types of fluids, arousal fluid is produced by special glands which males do not have called Bartholin's glands. It also continually produces moisture which maintains the health of the tissue, and is at a particular pH (which actually changes during the cycle). The vagina also, importantly, ends in a cervix which secretes its own fluids and they also change throughout the cycle. The vagina is made up of accordion like tissue and is surrounded by musculature which allows it to expand and contract under conscious and unconscious control. And then the whole thing is encircled by the clitoris, a structure which is only barely understood by medicine.

None of the constructed faux-ginas do or have any of these things. They are all simply holes, carved into a man, for the sake of his vanity and another man's penis. Faux-ginas do not maintain themselves. They must be forced open for hours a day, every single day, or they will close. No vagina does that.

And secondly, none of them, not even the best "look and feel" like the real thing. At all. Look up pictures of Phalloplasty. The pictures you can find online are the best results. The vagina, being mostly internal, is a little harder to see but it's no less ridiculous.
