How do these people function in the real world?

The short answer is: they don't.

They do, I think. But they will enjoy bullying on the side when they can get away with it. What's a better time than ganging up on an acceptable target? All of the endorphin rush that comes with in-group loyalty with double dose of moral superiority on top.

Perhaps the only time they can feel powerful and in control

I wonder if these young women will ever switch sides? I know on r/gendercritical there were a lot of former vehement lib fems who woke up, so here's hoping.

Here's hoping for Hannah Gadsby too - she's certainly kicked feminism in the ovaries.

And comedy, she's kicked that hardest.

I've only seen her standup once, and I thought she was OK. I thought she relied a tiny bit too heavily on her schtick of autistic, misunderstood lesbian, but them most comedians build their act off of their own life, so she's just doing what's normal for comedians.

My issue is hardly any of her act was actual comedy. It felt like narcissistic complaining. Which is fine, but it's not stand up comedy.

That type of "comedy" is so common now; I find it tiresome.

They do. This is the real world. This is what they're turning the real world into. Dissenters must be hounded out of all spaces! This has happened before many times in the real world.

Funny because men post all kinds of misogynist crap everywhere on the internet and yet never in my entire life have I seen a man get kicked out of an online space for making women feel unsafe. It's almost like despite all the wokespeak, TWAW mantras, ze/zir prounons etc. society still firmly knows which sex to bow down to.

Yep, nailed it. I realized in all of the current woke cultural mania that unconscious bias is a thing, but it’s impossible to get rid of so you need to manage the effects. If you notice who experiences most fallout, it’s the historical groups that always did. I wish the idiots would wake up, do some introspection and get sensitive to their own hypocrisy. That’s how we will fix this mania.

I worry about Hannah Gadsby. She’s autistic and a lesbian. In a few years, she’ll come out as a transman.

You really think it'll take that long?

One reason why I removed Nanette from my Netflix list. I'm expecting an announcement of non-femaleness any day now.

Her second comedy special was super woke.

Is Hannah Gadsby still a GNC lesbian or is she an enby by now?
