I may be wrong, but I don't think this is a winning message; particularly in the two weeks after a rapist awaiting trial was released due to Covid and proceeded to murder his victim, then the MA Bail Fund paid bail for the rapist who promptly raped another woman.

In my naive opinion we need prisons, only we need to revaluate who goes there. Prison should be reserved for the real bad people, not drug addicts (who will get more drugs in prison anyway, punishment definitely doesn't help here) and other prettier crimes that I can't list off the top of my head. Imo all drugs should be legal but that's a different matter. But humanity will always have sociopaths, psychopaths etc and if they're allowed to run around with only a slap on the wrist for even a day he'd change his mind real quick about abolishing prisons.

I'm now convinced that the Democrats want to lose. Maybe because it will be impossible to clean up Trump/ Mitch McConnells' mess in four years, so the Democrats are thinking that it's better if the Republicans take the blame.

Also, early on this famous song from 1966 says "there's a man with a gun over there" - which in 2020 prompts the question, how the hell does the singer know the gun-toting individual is a man? Was this man-appearing individual asked how he identifies? He might look like a man, but he might be a woman, or neutrois, or genderqueer, or maverique, or a zillion other identities. And that phallic thing he's holding that appears to be a gun could well be a gold lamé purse! Or a girl dick!

So I had to look up "Neutrois" -- <Neutrois is a non-binary gender identity which is often associated with a "neutral" or "null" gender. Honestly, the best thing these folks can do is trot out their stuff and peak people en masse. They ask for a lot more than their initial pitch suggests, and most people in real life hold at least slightly gc views.
