do cis people really not recognize their moral obligation to use their financial and social privilege over us to help us pay for feminization surgeries that undo the damage and violence they are complicit in and continuously benefit from?

Do those men not recognize their moral obligation to use their financial and social privilege over women to help them to be comfortable with womanhood and undo the damage and violence they are complicit in and continuously benefit from?

Some of the replies:

i have been refused three jobs because i’m nonbinary. the places we’re [sic] hiring but didn’t even give me a chance to turn in an application either because they all knew i was trans. i literally cannot find a workplace where i’m not in physical danger or descriminated. [sic]

I know of no company, charity, or government agency in the Western world that would get away with saying 'We didn't give you the job because you're trans' or 'Trans people need not apply'. There are certain protections against this for certain things. A black rights charity could make an argument for specifying their CEO needs to be black, for example. I don't dispute that discrimination in job hunting exists, but when people say 'they didn't give me the job because I'm trans!' it sounds like you're just bitter that JP Morgan didn't want you.

Make it a quid from me. Gotta admire the balls to ask.

'Balls' is the operative word.

As a former HR representative for a few international companies, this is exactly right. Every company in the world is tripping over themselves to be inclusive and as open-minded as possible.

This person probably didn't get a job offer because they didn't have the necessary skills. It's as simple as that!

Also, are they non-binary or trans? Maybe I'm just a dum-dum, but wouldn't that be an oxymoron? Lol

Plenty of openly mocking replies too.

So they are stealing language from POC to bully people into giving money to ... rich white men who want to wear dresses.

I want other people to pay for me to have my self harm scars removed. It is their moral responsibility because it is society that made me depressed and if society didn’t exist in the way it does I would never have been depressed.

I have interviewed over 50 people this year. We probably rejected 5000 applications before these 50 got into my office. How many of those were Trans or non-binary? No idea. I hire journalists so I have a hefty screening process that weeds out social media lunacy. I'm not bringing that bullshit into my teams if I can avoid it.

When are women going to ask for reparations?
