When you're feeling anxious, you could try lemon balm tea. If you're wanting to avoid medication, I understand. Sometimes therapy helps better for some people. Sometimes medication helps, but I've had poor experiences with them. I don't know that it's necessarily normal but I went through trying over 14 different medications prescribed for depression over the course of my lifetime, with the last one that helped resulting in a seizure. Pristiq worked before that, but then it just stopped. I had the worst fucking brain zaps coming off of that stuff, 3 weeks of hell.

You have a lot of options, even if it feels like you might not. The women here are pretty supportive and you might find friendship with love and support, without judgement.
