Anyone remember that scene in the third Lord of the Rings, when the Riders of Rohan rode to face the armies of Mordor, and they knew it could end in total disaster, but they lined up and charged anyway ? That's how I feel when I read shit like this. It has to be met with resistance. it just has to, no matter what the consequences. Women is not dated. Women is not transphobic. Women is not a term which can be applied to men. Women cannot be cast aside. Women are not a feeling. Women are not a stereotype. Women are women. Women are adult female human beings. That is the sole definition of women. Men are not women. They cannot become women. No matter how much they want to. No matter how much they delude themselves. No matter how they mutilate themselves. It will never happen.

I cannot believe I live in a world in which I have to write this.

Hilarious, especially because I read a couple of trans women say that they don't want anything to do with womxn because they belong in women.

Sounds like an edict from the Emperor. It’s not only that “women” is verboten, but also “woman.” Most males have a hell of a time saying “women” and many of these have never said it and never will. But “woman” has always been ok even as representing the plural, because not associated with feminism, because feminists refer to each other in the plural as in “we women” or a collective.

TiMs also use the word “Womanhood” and “ladies” frequently because these are safely distant words belonging to another era when women were mere fixtures and far removed in time and place from today’s scary "terfs" and "transphobes."

(seriously how is it possible that some men hate women so much that we aren't even allowed a word to describe ourselves? Even the fucking Taliban who ban women from being seen, ban them from speaking their own names, don't hate women to the extent that the word "women" is taboo.)

"Everything is transphobic" does not even feel like hyperbole anymore. If "women" is a transphobic term you'd think the TRAs would quite saying "transwomen are women" but we all know they won't do that.

They want so desperately to be women but they hate that women exist as a biological reality. It really does just seem like males throwing a tantrum that there is any little thing they are excluded from.
