Yes, and if the couple needs help getting those tasks done, it's socially acceptable to pay to have typically "male" jobs done (basic car repairs, basic plumbing, lawn care, etc.) but it's looked down upon for a woman to pay for someone to help with typically "female" jobs (housekeeping, in-home childcare, cooking, etc.).

And even if it wasn't, has anyone noticed the typically "female" jobs are DAILY, never-ending work, whereas typically "male" jobs are once a month tasks, or once a week at best?
